Auto-pay is a convenient way for you to top up your chatr account. By signing up for auto-pay, you’ll have fixed and predictable month to month payments that you choose – so you never need to worry about missing your anniversary date.

We’ve made sure it’s easy and safe to use, that you have control of what you spend and that you can enroll or cancel whenever you want. Plus, when you enroll with auto-pay, you’ll get a data bonus for as long as you’re signed up!

Auto-pay bonus may be changed by chatr at any time without notice. If you have an eligible auto-pay plan, we will add the applicable bonus to your account and it will be processed within 48 hours after successful payment. However, if you are no longer enrolled in the auto-pay program, or if the credit card, Visa debit or Debit Mastercard that you provided cannot be charged, then no bonus will be applied to your account. Eligibility of the dollar bonus, if applicable, is allowed only once during the customer’s account lifetime and cannot be reinstated if you change bonus offers.

Data usage varies by device, file type/size and user. Examples shown are estimates only. No data will be depleted from your plan (no data charges apply) when connected to a Wi-Fi network.

NOTE: Unused data does not roll over into the next month. Data usage is rounded up to the next full KB.Data overage and data roaming rates apply where applicable.

Any changes to your plan, including the addition of a plan feature, must be completed the day before your plan anniversary date. Otherwise, the full monthly fee for your current plan will apply in addition to the monthly fee for the new plan or plan feature.

If you are new customer, you can activate a chatr auto-pay plan to automatically enroll in auto-pay. If you are an existing chatr customer, you can enroll in auto-pay by selecting the “Enroll in auto-pay” link in the auto-pay box available in My chatr at any time.
Yes! chatr accepts both autopay and one-time credit card payments using international credit cards. You can pay with Visa®, Visa® Debit, MasterCard®, MasterCard® Debit or American Express. Credit cards from countries subject to trade sanctions may not be accepted for payment.
You will automatically receive your auto-pay bonus when you activate an auto-pay plan. Your bonus will be applied to your account within 48 hours of your anniversary date when a payment is taken. If you are already a chatr customer, you will receive your auto-pay bonus on your next anniversary date after you enroll in auto-pay.
Your auto-pay data bonus offer has a duration of one month. You are eligible for the bonus offer as long as you are enrolled in auto-pay.

Your auto-pay data bonus is associated to your current chatr plan and may not be applicable to your new plan. You can check the auto-pay data bonus offers here.

If you are enrolled in auto-pay, you can view and select the offer available for your plan by clicking the “Change auto-pay offer” link in the auto-pay box available in My chatr.
Yes, you can easily add extra money to your chatr account when enrolled in auto-pay. This extra money can cover features not included in your plan like international long distance.
You can easily update your credit card information or add a new credit card, Visa debit or Debit Mastercard on My chatr at any time. Click the “Manage credit cards” link in the auto-pay box and follow the simple steps.
